due to various factors out of our purview (high shipping fees, tariffs, duties, and shipping delays) we've chosen not to ship internationally; we may be open to it in the future.

we typically use unrefined organic shea butter. with that said, some of our organic shea butter products may temporarily include refined and/or unrefined organic shea butter, as one of our recent orders contained some refined fair trade organic shea butter. moving forward, we’ve partnered with a local supplier in Brampton, ON to ensure orders align with our preference for unrefined products.

we've opted for unrefined organic beeswax to maximize its skin benefits, as unrefined beeswax contains more natural compounds: propolis, pollen, and other hive residues, which provide greater antioxidants and a natural, rich scent. as a result, our unrefined organic beeswax, harvested in Canada, may contain minor natural impurities.

our paw protecting balm is made with a globally-known pet organization's recipe. it is lick-safe, and has no preservatives or scents added of any kind. if its residue on paws is consumed in small quantities by a dog or cat, it's considered to be quite safe.
